What a great service thanks to the guys in forster twice this weekWe have been with another provider for 16 yrs and needed to change my broadband and get a new email address. Nothing was to much problem from them . We are both not IT savvy. We did not know what to do thanks again they did it all for us with no trouble at all.

We have had a fair few problems with my husbands mobile phone. Thanks to Liv previously for her outstanding work and patience with us a few months ago that problem was sorted. Another problem now has arisen and again thanks to Liv along with Ree this new problem seems to be fixed as well.

I spoke to the area manager who had no idea that they had multiple total outages of their service (phone internet and SMS) over the past few days. I gave her time to find out what was going on. She came back with they are working on it" and no estimate of when it would be back up.Total embarrassment of an infrastructure company."

I had a SIM card stuck in a mobile broadband device but Ree and Kyle went above and beyond in their successful effort to get it out. And they didn’t charge me to replace the SIM card so I walked out with a working device. They were friendly and positive throughout the experience and are both a great example of wonderful customer service!!! Highly recommend the team at Optus Forster.
