Hi, just wanted to leave some feedback for Sam who came out today and helped set up our first car seat. Sam was absolutely fantastic polite and super nice. She also extended her help even after the service was finished, she offered to help incase we forgot how to adjust the car seat. Really recommend this company and glad to have had Sam demonstrate and instruct us on what to do. Highly recommended!

Great service, efficient and friendly! Sam was very helpful and so nice, communicating proactively before the installation day and she set everything up for us perfectly.I have used a different service in the past I was not very happy with, and would definitely recommend Babysafe instead, it was a fantastic experience.

Highly recommended! Such an amazing service. Its quick and very convenient that they come to your home. Sam is also very informative, responsive and helpful willing to be on hand and answer any questions after installation as well.

I just had my car seat installed by Sam. She is great!So easy to book the service, she comes to your place and gets it all done very efficiently. Sam also takes the time to show you how to use the seat in a safe and practical manner. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Sam. Punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all round great customer service. Installed 2 car seats and removed 1 and all done within 20 minutes. Her communication leading up to the appointment was hassle free and went beyond to help me out as I was using the Randwick City Council installing vouchers. Above all, having her come to you is so convenient. Wouldn't go anywhere else and will be recommending her to everyone I know.
