The worst experience we ever had.We had issues post the tax return, for two consecutive years, which we had to resolve ourselves. Would never recommend..Thanks for the typical reply. As you mentioned on the reply We had no wish other than applying for the tax return. Please note the point that all our issues were caused by your negligence. Do you have any explanation on missing out on one of the payment summaries even though it was provided to you at the time of tax return process.
