Currently living in a rental, nothing is getting fixed. Rotten pool decking completely unsafe to walk on, broken cupboard, leaking tap, loose wires hanging from my ceilings and on the floor where my child could be hurt. Have breached the owner, made multiple complaints to my property manager, have even asked to speak to higher up to either get it fixed or break my lease with no extra cost incurred and it either takes weeks for a reply (if i get one at all) or told we cant help you theres nothing we can do. Absolutely disgusted! As a realestate you're meant to protect your tenants as well as your owners.
