Toby has been my online coach for about four months at this stage, and ultimately have been impressed by the results so far. It was great from the initial lessons and interactions that long term results and changes were the priority, with no 'quick fixes' on the table for my game. With this approach, I have been able to fix underlying swing issues and build a better game for the long term. Even with this in mind, I have still been able to lower my round scores, with three of my lowest scoring rounds ever occurring during this four month coaching period. Would highly recommend Toby and his approach to coaching for anybody looking to improve their golf game.

I work with Toby through the Skillest app. I have taken 3 to 4 lessons from local pros every year for the past 20 years but my scores were actually getting worse! I know how much online learning has developed and I found Skillest and thought I would give it a go. When I started working with Toby, I was a 17 index. Today, I'm down to 10 and trending to make my goal of getting into single digits! No way I could have done that without Toby, and all for a price the fraction of going to my local club. I took online lessons with Toby over the course of 4 months. Toby helped build the foundation of my golf swing from the ground up. He helped me identify a blue print that i constantly refer back to whenever I practice so I clearly know what I need to work on to improve upon my swing faults and get better. I’ve shaved 10 shots off my handicap since I started working with Toby and I know I will continue to improve as I hone in on my blueprint. Thanks Toby!

Toby has been amazing to work with over the these past few months. I honestly didn’t know what to expect with online coaching and wanted to give it a shot. I couldn’t have found anyone better than Toby. He was so responsive, broke my swim down in small chunks for me to easily remember and gave great drills to work on my game. The best part is I have his analysis videos which I can continue to go back to and learn from. The past few years I’ve battled with inconsistency and this summer I’m playing some of my best golf in years and have tightened up my swing and scores as well. Toby has been my online coach for about 6 months. I can’t say enough about how much my swing fundamentals improved. I always appreciated how he wouldn’t let me “move on” until I really was making the right moves. Golf is full of ideas for quick fixes but Toby focuses on getting the right fundamentals in place that will last a lifetime. He was very flexible. I was a monthly subscriber and would sometimes get multiple lessons in a week while working on a big change and other times go 3 weeks without using. He worked on my schedule and was always very quick to respond and post my lessons. Huge fan here!

Did a few months of on line lessons with Toby, fantastic is all I can say. He really listens to your goals and explains everything until you fully understand. Because of him I was able to get rid of the “y” word and start playing confident golf again.

Online coaching with Toby McGleachie has brought me many benefits, not just a huge improvement in my swing. Toby’s enthusiasm has reignited a love for the game I thought I had lost. I booked two online golf lessons with Toby. He sets high standards as to how he wants your swing filmed, but, with an easy guide, it is easy to give him good material. Within 24 hours, Toby responded with a detailed breakdown of my faults - how one fault could potentially lead to another and the resulting issues that produced. My swing? I used to take the club away far too much on the inside because of a destructive turning of my forearms. Toby’s course of action was easy-to-follow dialogue and drills. There is no quick fix with online golf coaching, you have to practise. But the harder you try the better you will get. And Toby was on hand to help out when I got stuck. I would recommend Toby to anyone because he will help you take your game to where you want it to go. The rest is up to you!

Toby’s vast knowledge of the golf swing is incredible! After breaking down my swings flaw(s) , Toby put together a step by step plan to better golf. His quick turn around after submitting videos and or direct message was top notch. Best in class!
