Beautiful clinic! The waiting room is very modern and has a calming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and understanding, was booked in promptly and didn't have to wait long for an appointment. Great location on high street. Thank you Northside Dentist!

Just had an appointment with Laura, the dental hygienist.She was honestly so lovely. She asked me about my dental hygiene practices and in passing I mentioned that I have adhd and that I have sound sensitivities.She immediately told me to let her know if I was uncomfortable regarding sounds at any point and frequently checked in on me.Laura was gentle, took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions.No one wants to go to the dentist but I think its all the more easier when you find someone who relaxes the process. What a gem.Thankyou Laura, see you in 6 months!

I've been to different dentists and my first check-up at Northside dental is by far the best dental experience ever. Sarah was super caring, professional, gentle and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I found a great local dentist. As long as I'm still in Thornbury, I'll definitely come back. Thanks team

I saw Sarah for a check up and Laura for a clean and both were thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. The thing I love most about this dentist is that I never feel like I am being upsold- which I have pretty much always felt at other dentists I have gone to in the past. I really appreciated the honest service and being given alternative options before perhaps having to go through unnecessary or expensive treatment. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a general check-up and clean and a filling done today, and both Shannon and Sarah were nothing short but professional, respectful and understanding. They were happy to answer any questions and made the visit painless. I had also seen Niall and Laura in the past and you can't go wrong with either one for a checkup. I have been to a few other dentists in the past and I can vouch that none has came close to the service provided at The Northside Dentist. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

When you walk into the Northside Dentist, the first thing you notice is it smells like a spa, with modern decor - this is not your usual dentist. I’m thankful to report the service and professionalism of their dentist, Sarah, matches the initial good first impressions of this establishment. She took her time to explain when I had questions, she completed a very thorough examination and clean. I would highly recommend Northside Dentist.

I love this dentist so much!!! I have always struggled going to the dentist after a traumatic experience as a child, and then a series of fillings my teenage and adult life where I was made to feel guilty. Sarah is wonderful, I have never felt judged by her and she is so gentle and welcoming. I would now say my experience at the dentist is an enjoyable one. Thanks team Northside Dentist (I tell everyone to go here).

Best dentist ever!! Sarah is just fabulous… friendly, welcoming, and when I visited a second time with my son (who had visited two previous dentists and refused to even open his mouth) he obviously felt immediately at ease and even skipped out of there excited at the prospect of coming back! Thanks for being so amazing!
