This is by far the worst agency I have ever come across! I was looking for ongoing work but they had the audacity to send me to a warehouse where I was just a fill in for 2 days but failed to inform about the situation. They also don’t protect their workers and don’t have proper communicate skills with you or the site you are being sent to. Trying to take a day off if you are ill or for personal reasons is impossible because they’ll either guilt trip you or give you attitude about it. I needed to take a day off one time for religious reasons so I called in and made it very clear I will be at the mosque but they overlooked that and asked me to still attend a few hours of my shift. Krystal is also very rude and unprofessional, I don’t know why she still works there

I was called in for an interview with another 5 people about a specific job , waited for hours, when it ended they said we would have to go for a induction at the work place the next day, there we went , after the induction they said they would confirm the start date. Next day I was offered a 3 day job completely different from what I applied and agreed on. The agency consultant threatened me by message after not being able to answer their call. Wasted my time, it was just a trap to get workers for other jobs other than the advertised. Will report the agency for threatening me, very unprofessional and childish.

Very rude welcoming. Went there for a planned interviewed (booked a hole afternoon to come by PT). Waited for an hour before carrying out the induction (there was nobody waiting apart for me). After an hour, was told that LB was to busy to interview me. And that was it, I had to go back home. Very rude welcoming.

Stay away from this agency. They are unorganised, dishevelled and very very unprofessional. Sent me to 2 locations without informing me about the ppe protocols. Turned up to 1 client on nightshift only to be knocked back due to incorrect ppe. Alton, to this day still refuse to pay me 4hrs for turning up. They don't care about their staff, you are just a number. Good luck getting anywhere with crystal. The whole company is a joke. Staff dont respond to emails or calls, and its a constant battle to get adequate and professional help.

One of the best recruitment firms I've been too. Good environment and a wonderful team that kept on top of assisting me with work.Crystal is extremely helpful, polite and delightful . If Crystal wasn't available Loclan would be as very helpful . Thanks guys, what a team!!I highly recommended

What an absolute shocking experience just based on a simple phone call. To be a managing director for a company and have the nerve to swear at clients over the phone is just so unprofessional, quite surprised the business is still running. Maybe the managing director needs a qualification in his customer service. No one deserves to be spoken to with such manner!
