We took a while to order and it was clear that the employee was becoming impatient with us, that being said i asked for extra caramel while they were handing it to me and went to do it again and gave me a sundae with much less caramel then before

If there is a zero rating That is what id be giving them. 3rd time ordering through them this time through Uber Eats hoping they would get it right, but no, they ended up missing oreo storm that we got charged for, and on the order we requested to have no pickles and mustard because our kid is allergic but what do you know, they delivered what we cant have. Had to drive down because it was ridiculous. Asked to speak to a manager to get compensation for an extra trip there to get the right order, the “manager” was a young lad who couldn’t even care to listen his only response was “we dont get orders wrong here” even with being presented with the burger and receipt that says otherwise. Why have this kids work there when they know nothing about customer service. The food we paid for alongside delivery and all we get is a very unpleasant, unprofessional, egotistical kid with an attitude for days! Sorry taking my business elsewhere!

I really like the recent renovations. The coffee is really good thanks to the new coffee machine. I am wondering if the manager has changed or is going with a new perspective because I really like going to this hungry jack nowadays compared to 2 years ago! I even decided to delete my previous negative review!

I have just called in to complain about another store where l had bought the breaky roll. The manager and assistant were amazing!!! They didn’t have to replace it, but they did!!! Thank you!!!

Our family bought a few things on Thursday night and I decided to try the boneless chicken pieces. These weren't much bigger than nuggets and extremely dry. 5 in all for $15. I did message Hungry Jacks straight away with no response. I can't believe anyone would sell those let alone charge that amount.

Ordered quite a large order and was super disappointed, most the time these guys are pretty good with it but I ordered some whoppers for the family and they were not just sloppy but stale buns, dry horrible looking patty’s and 3/4 burgers had the butts of the tomato’s, sauce everywhere and I asked for some extra stuff on some of them which they charged me for but didn’t add.
