Dive Victoria

Very good customer service in Portsea. We wanted to go look for seadragons, so we rented a wetsuit. But as we were trying them on, the friendly lady came back to us to warn us the conditions weren’t good and the swell was coming up. We could have a look for ourselves first and then come back to ask for a refund, which we did and they gave us with a smile. Also, the pricing here was the best we could find on the peninsula.

Friendly and professional staff, superb service and exceptional facilities. Nothing comes close to this one stop shop for scuba diving. I love how they have a purpose built training pool, affordable accommodation, reliable gear and clean air. I have been diving with Dive Victoria since i trained with them to become a scuba diver back in 2005. Now I am a technical rebreather diver all of which was taught to me by Dive Victoria, their training is second to none! The pleasure of being able to dive off there purpose built dive boats make for effortless diving. I wouldn't dive with anyone else !

Very crowded badly managed. I felt so uncomfortable with dive master that I didn't do my second dive and chose to lose money. My friends wanted to go on boat and waited for 30 minutes and no one asked them anything so they chose to relax on beach instead

Portsea store is great. Jane is super helpful
