Professional͏ from start to finish.Clint gave us a realistic and comprehensive gauge of where our house sat in the local market and he reigned in our expectations according to the recent economic climate. Prior to the marketing photos being done he walked through the house making suggestions for improvements to increase the saleability of our house. He put in extra time at the open inspection when it ran overtime.Despite Clint’s predictions our house sold for more than our expectations. Great Experience with Clint. I have bought a house from Clint before and this time I was selling a house with Clint. Both experiences have been really impressive. Buying a house from Clint showed me has has huge integrity (no really!). But selling a house with Clint left me with virtually nothing to do. It was pretty much all done for me. So easy!! Clint proved he knew the market really accurately (where others might 'over promise'). Was extremely communicative - kept me in the loop every step of the way. Got me a better price than I imagined. Was really personable and sincere throughout the entire process. Would definitely sell with Clint again - highly recommend.
