The information was clear. We have transferred to a more economical plan. Thanks for the option. One question? We have agreed to a DD as the payment option. Will the payment be taken on the due date or when the bill is issued?

In changing plans, you payment details area is unclear as regards direct debit. The i box seems to indicate that credit card is acceptable, but it isnt. you have to put in a bank account.

Always a good experience with Momentum for both our Electricity and Gas. They have handled our moves with no fuss and if I have ever had any queries the Aussie based support team have always been able to answer my questions or fix any issues. Sometimes the most important thing is not the cheapest rates but the best service - with Momentum I always feel that I am getting both.

Good plans and easy access to account online. I would like to as all do to have the best price for electricity. I appreciate that Momentum Energy flag the possibility of a better plan on the bills and then make the change easy.

I love Momentum Energy. It's green when few are. I have been with them for years and they provide energy at the most reasonable prices and are great with upgrades such as smart meters. Easy to deal with if you need to talk. What else do you want? (A little greener perhaps.)

They won’t sign you up unless they get your BSB and Account number. Credit card is fine after they have bank account first, in a world where companies don’t keep your information secure. The first person I spoke to there told me I could supply Credit details after I was signed up, it’s taken a month to realise they didn’t sign me up after getting me to agree to a few scripts they read out. Ombudsman next.

You have the best electricity (not gas) plan, so happy with that butduring sign up. I can't remember telling you my old electricity provider , I assume you pick that up from my address, it would have been nice to have that confirmed online and in the initial email.
