Capalaba parkrun
Another pretty SE Qld Parkrun course, this time beside Tingalpa Creek and around wet-land ponds. Multi loop course with two out and back legs. Predominately paved pathway with short grassed finish chute. Basically flat with a couple of minor undulations. Very well marshaled so no chance of finding yourself off-course. A well run family friendly event in a very nice park setting, plenty of parking nearby.

Awesome parkrun. Set in parkland. Concrete footpath all the way. Well organised and supported.A must do

Capalaba parkrun
Capalaba parkrun is a great 5km timed free run in the Capalaba Regional Park behind Bunnings! Completely run by amazing volunteers it is an event for everyone, from walkers to olympians! If you’ve never done a parkrun, get along and do one! Friendly and encouraging!

Easy to find although a little cool at 0647. Pleasant almost 2 lap course with a slight rise (and slight decline). Large playground nearby and plenty of parking. Good crew running the show. Concrete paths for 99.9% of the way.

Awesome Parkrun course and run directors. Highly recommend - predominantly flat, with lots of trees and a lake with ducks. Friendly crowd.
