Extremely dissatisfied with Noel and the way he has treated me..I started the process of getting him to make a reformer for me last April, so far nothing. I have emailed him many times and he keeps putting me off with one excuse after another - not good enough.didn't even have the courtesy to answer my last email, wouldn't recommend him ever..
