Bought a beautiful filigree heart necklace and few other things. Unfortunately when I went to put it on the next day chain was tightly knotted and broken at the top. The staff were wonderful and sent me a replacement chain without hesitation as I wasn't from Newcastle area.Thankyou to lovely, kind and helpful staff A++++ for service
