Our property is being looked after by Sugar Pirie and we a super happy with the way the property is being managed. Sugar is doing an amazing job and goes above and beyond to help us with everything to do with the property. We are currently doing some renovations and Sugar has organised multiple quotes for everything we need to renovate and upgrade, she has provided us with all necessary samples to make this as smooth and easy as possible. She is very hard working and caring, she is dedicated and committed to her work. Thank you so much for everything.

Dyllan Calidro is great. His open houses where the best I went to and I went to so many. He is very professional & friendly. It is because of him I'm actually excited to be moving instead of dreading it.

My experience with this company was nothing short of a complete nightmare. The employees I encountered were not only highly unprofessional, but their behavior was downright abusive. I was appalled when they resorted to making threats simply because I couldn't accommodate their demands to have the house open and hand over the keys. Despite going the extra mile and investing in a professional cleaning service recommended by the company, they deceitfully seized my bond. What's even more infuriating is that they had the audacity to hire the same cleaning company to clean the place again, essentially making a mockery of the entire situation. This establishment is an absolute disgrace, and I would strongly caution anyone against ever considering any involvement with them in the future

My property has been looked after by Danielle and her team for years and I couldn’t be happier with their service.The impeccable condition my property was left in after each tenant is testament to the high quality tenants they attract and the consideration they put into their management of their clients homes. Their inspection reports are detailed and include notes for action that are always followed up on in a timely manner. Repairs were dealt with seamlessly and the communication between all stakeholders was incredible. I had absolute peace of mind and confidence throughout my whole experience. I have been renting with R&W for 2 years now. I would definitely recommend this agency to friends and family. During my time with R&W my agent Kristy D'Angelo has always been friendly, easy to contact and very quick to respond to any requests I have had. All of the staff I have had any dealings with, have also been friendly and very helpful. I have had experiences with some very ridiculous real estate agents in the past and it's relieving to be with some professionals that are here to support the tenants aswell as the landlords.
