Burgers taste fantastic! They are ready quickly, too. You have to find your own seat and order at the counter and pick up your meal at the counter, though.

Food was fabulous... but the service.... it was even better than fabulous. Young female... she was awesome. There was also a young male there... he was lovely too. What a great place to visit.

Betty's Burgers
The system was down when we went there. However, the staff were so polite, informative and transparent with what was happening. We were happy to wait because Betty’s is worth it. Kurtis was so lovely and had the best customer service/people skills. As soon as the system was back up, he immediately came out, excited to let us know we were able to order our meal. Thank you so much Kurtis :)The food was DELICIOUS! As always. We love Betty’s so much!!! Thank you for good food, good vibes, and damn good service!

I am gluten free and had no idea they did gluten free options but I was with my neice and was just going to have a drink. The lovely young girl behind the counter told me they did have gluten free options so I ordered and it was very good.Pleasantly surprised as most burger places do not offer gluten gree options

The best burger I have had in forever! Stopped in for a quick lunch and we're glad we did! Very clean and tidy, could see staff wiping everything down in-between customers! We both got burgers, chips, onion rings and milkshakes - seriously good milkshake! The main service staff were super friendly and welcoming! Would highly recommend!

Ordered two of Bettys classic burgers for me and my partner, Service was spot on. Fresh condiments, Juicy & just absolutely delicious.Unfortunately the bun was a little mushier than my liking, Will be returning to try the rest of the menu

Super tasty and delicious burgers.. We had a great experience today and the service was excellent. The young lady at the entrance helped us by getting a high chair, brought water to our table and also collected our order and delivered it to our table. (Shout out to her - a friendly, happy staff member with glasses who was working at the front entrance). The burgers were fresh, the meat (I had the Betty's original) was juicy and the buns, oh so soft. After living many years London where you get easy access to some of the best burgers around, it's nice to be back on the Gold Coast and so close to such a fine burger establishment which could easily compete with those London chains. The concrete was so so good. The chocolate flavour was not overly sweet and very decadent. Fries were super tasty, too! Will definitely go back - thanks, Coomera branch!

I love Betty's burgers. Closest thing to an American burgers. My partner got the spicy chicken burgers. When I took a bite of her chicken burger, there was a taste of fish. I thought it was odd and immediately remembered seeing the new item on their menu which is a fish wrap. I am allergic to fish and broke out in a rash. I asked the manager if they deep fry the chicken patty in the same oil they deep fry the fish and she said yes. She apologised and said she will place a notice to inform customers.
