-not proactive-will not inform customer before they start to charge you extra hourly rate-will throw a fresh graduate without inform customer-will not return or answer your call after payments, your messages will stay with front desk forever

They haven't had an office in Mackay for a long time, yet they have a brand new website still promoting a presence in North Queensland including the physical office address still listed.I wonder what the current tenant of that office says when someone comes knocking looking for DTS..This is the lack of integrity and honesty you can expect to get from this company - from our experience unfortunately the dishonesty seems to come right from the top with their CEO.
