Laura’s mantra ‘moving is better than not moving’ and the gentle but firm encouragement she gives, is what keeps me committed to her classes. I never feel ‘less than’ the others in my the classes (although I am). Even though I’m part of a class I get personal attention and Laura is able to adapt each exercise to my capacity. Her knowledge of physiology is excellent! She confidently explains why I get pains and niggles in certain areas as I move. And to top it off, walking into the studio is like walking into a day spa. Highly recommend!

Rise Up Pilates & Wellness
I was thrilled to discover Rise-Up Pilates studio when it first opened in 2022, and it has become my sanctuary since. I not only get to practice my favourite reformer and mat pilates, but I also get to spend time in a truly beautiful and harmonious space with a like-minded community. All the instructors are fantastic, and I enjoy their teaching styles equally. All happily cater to individual needs also. It's my happy place.
