Worst delivery ever had, for being 6 min from the shop more than 45 min past expected delivery time, 2 1/2 hrs for simple meal. And say still coming when phonedDon’t waste your time ordering from here

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Inn that compelled me to share my feedback. I must say that my visit left a lot to be desired, and I feel it is important to express my concerns regarding the slow service and unprofessional attitude of the staff.First and foremost, the most glaring issue was the excessive amount of time it took to prepare our order. To put it bluntly, it took a staggering hour to receive our pizzas. Considering that the average waiting time in most pizza places is significantly shorter, this delay was completely unacceptable. It made me question the efficiency and competence of the staff in handling their responsibilities.Furthermore, what was even more disappointing was the demeanor of the staff during our visit. They appeared disinterested, lazy, and unmotivated to serve the customers. It was evident that their lackadaisical attitude had a direct impact on the overall service quality. Their unwillingness to work efficiently and effectively was evident in the unnecessarily prolonged waiting time.Not only did their lack of motivation reflect poorly on the establishment, but it also made us feel undervalued as customers. It is disheartening when the very people who should be the face of the business project such a negative image. A little bit of enthusiasm and dedication can go a long way in creating a pleasant dining experience.It is important to note that the quality of the pizza itself was satisfactory, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the poor service and lack of professionalism. The time spent waiting and witnessing the staff's lackluster performance left a sour taste in our mouths.As a customer, I believe it is crucial for businesses to uphold high standards of service and maintain a motivated and efficient staff. Unfortunately, Pizza Inn failed to meet these basic expectations during my recent visit.I sincerely hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for Pizza Inn to reevaluate their service practices and make necessary improvements. A more attentive and motivated staff, coupled with better time management, would significantly enhance the dining experience for future customers.In conclusion, based on my regrettable encounter, I cannot recommend Pizza Inn due to the lengthy waiting time, the lackadaisical behavior of the staff, and the overall disappointing experience. I sincerely hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards rectifying these issues for the sake of their customers' satisfaction.

Since the new owner has taken over the service and attitude of the owner and the people working there I will never order anything of them again . First they can't get there time right with there delivery and there ovens. Delivered cold and under cooked food then did not put into there computer for the replacement order. Aswell I have been ordering from them for nearly 20 years.Good by pizza inn hello hungry wolf

Great tasting pizza and friendly service. Monday night is 'all you can eat ', and well worth a visit.

I am so glad I made the decision to dine here... was definitely busy for a Sunday evening lots of pizza lovers picking up take away and lots of deliveries going out with numerous delivery drivers!!!I wanted to sit and dine in, had been a long day and like the sound of the Salt n pepper squid and the rack of ribs.Squid was tender and flavoursome, and the ribs were juicy and sauce tasty to, not overly tangy or overpowering.Couldn't finish so got the rest takeaway.Will be back to try the pizza soon !!!

Great pizzas and pastas. I highly recommend the meat lovers and their supreme pizzas.

Had pizza few times from this place now. Nachos and Garlic bread are the only one's I loved. Full of flavour. Loved the Garnish on Nachos pizza.Vegetarian, Chicken feta mushroom, Greek Lamb & Campagna. These were distasteful as they had no flavour.

Our pizza delivery came and they did not ring the right number. When I rang to ask where our pizza was they were not sure where it was. After 10 minutes they found it and sent it with next deliveries. We were supposed to be first 20 minutes no pizza. We live 10 minutes from pizza inn. Rang again and said they had other orders and customers to keep happy ours is on the way. Pizza came cold and soggy. It was horrible and we spent over $100 for this service.
