Severn-Dipity

Loved our winter getaway. Cabin is modern and warm with a beautiful fire place.The grounds are tranquil and it is lovely to escape and have some downtown.Noeleen was a lovely host and gave us friendly tips on surviving the cold nights.

Rude and arrogantI emailed Severn-Dipity on the 14 May enquiring about availability to make a booking, I hadn't received a response so called them on the 15 of May. A woman answered stating her name only, not the business, I advised my name and asked to enquire about availability to book accommodation. This woman said ' are you the person that emailed yesterday'? I said yes, she then claimed that she had already emailed me back that morning and scoffed 'no of course I don't have any availability, its the school holidays'. This woman was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Just a tip to this business if you ever take the time to read this review, I was a potential customer of yours, if I couldn't stay on the dates I originally requested I may have stayed another time in the future. However I will never stay with you because of how you treated me. Also you just never know who is an influencer these days..... you should treat people better. It doesn't cost a thing to be nice or treat people with respect.

What an amazing place! So peaceful. It was hard to leave. Our host was AMAZING and had thought of everything we could need. Thoughtfully appointed, beautifully presented, sensationally located in the heart of the stunning granit belt. The muffins delivered warm and fresh on our first morning were the perfect touch to our perfect weekend getaway. Thank you Noeleen!

Excellent place to spend a weekend out in couple or with your family!. The attention was outstanding the cabin has everything you need to have a relaxing and wonderful time.

Very nice and peaceful with lots of bush and lakes to explore around.

Te Rata house was an authentic country experience. The house has old world ambience while providing modern convenience. Te Rata has great entertainment facilities as well as warm beds and spacious rooms. Our hosts provided us with muffins and papers to start the day and a ready to cook pizza oven and cozy fire to warm us at the end of the day.All this within a few minutes drive to wineries, gift shopping, Stanthorpe, restaurants and the national park.Thanks guys, we'll be back.Caroline and Bruce Southcott xo

Pure bliss. Noeleen really knows how to treat guests. Cozy cabin with everything you could want. Fresh muffins. Fresh flowers. Comfortable furniture. Cozy fire. Electric blankets. Paper delivered. Milk provided as well as tea coffee etc. Absolutely divine. Tranquil. Great bushland vews and a sauna. Awesome

Terata House is a spacious 3 bedroom house overlooking tranquil farming land. It has a warm log fire, pizza oven and even Nespresso machine! Fresh muffins delivered by our friendly hosts were an unexpected treat! Very enjoyable stay.
