I have been designing computer systems for large companies for over 20 years and have not come across such a great friendly service.Thank you DON, for a fixing my daughter's laptop so quickly. Great service and reasonable price! My MacBook Pro had a crack on the screen and didn't work. The team had the screen replaced, and also replaced faulty touch bar and old battery with a reasonable price. It is now like a brand new one. Highly recommend.

I have an older mac and was using a portable SSD to get it work faster, but when I updated the operating system that caused the computer to crash. Total mess. Many people would have bought a new computer - $$$. Total Mac fixed it in just two days, and now it is like a brand new computer with the latest operating system. They sorted out all the files and made sure it was running correctly. Highly recommended.

Our 2014 iMac had issues when we tried to update the OS. Was able to drop it off one day and pick up the next. New solid state hard drive installed and everything copied over. Great service, great price. Will be back if we need more support. Highly recommend.
