Thank you Jared for your quick response to our hot water plumbing emergency! Having no hot water in winter is not ideal. Glad to say we enjoyed our hot showers within a few hours after you left!

Jared Downie was very pleasant. He gave me all alternatives and very efficiently replaced my leaking taps and a toilet system. He turned up when he said he would and left the work place neat and tidy. I would recommend him.
