I had a great experience with Daniel Jenkins at CC Brookvale. Daniel was professional with great communication. I was most impressed with Daniel's efficiency. My only complaint was that their EV was not charged in advance for my scheduled test drive (which also aligned with their busiest day of the week being Saturday) - something as essential as this should not be overlooked by a dealership looking to increase sales. I would recommend Daniel and CC Brookvale (much better than my previous experience with Brookvale Mazda).

Great experience at our local dealership in Brookvale. Knowledgable, thoughtful team who break all the negative stereotypes about car dealers and car dealerships. Bought my new little red Suzuki Swift from here and am delighted. Matched the price from somewhere else and were able to organise things for me very smoothly. Ask for Ian, polite, genuine and professional. Highly recommend.

Just purchased a second car from Col Crawford! My first one was 20 years ago. Had a good experience then so when I wanted a Jimny, I had no hesitation in going back to Col Crawford Suzuki. Was on a wait list for a Jimny, not expecting to receive it for over 6 months - maybe even 12 months. Ian called me up 2 weeks ago (2 months into my wait) with the great news that one had come up. Jumped on it, and I'm all smiles. Ian was very helpful through the whole process. He is enthusiastic and personable. Col Crawford organised some finance for me and this all happened smoothly. Brookvale team was super helpful and patient during my first car buying journey. Ask for Paul and Klaye an absolute dream team. Waiting time for my Jimny was less than I was quoted. The team even stored the car for me whilst I was on holiday and managed the GVM upgrade in the interim. When it was time to pick up my car Klaye was very detailed in explaining all the features of the car and even helped me take funny pics for instagram - what a service ;)

So easy for me.I was so excited to take delivery I wasn't fully listening to Klaye's explanation of what is what, but he has been perfectly happy for me to drop by the dealership with my questions.
