Fernando tried to sell me a second hand ring that said tiffany and co on it in a tiffany and co box and said it was brand new. Don't be fooled by these fake reviews and don't give him your business. As my jeweller said 'it's people like him that give the industry a bad name'.

Great experience, very helpful and so quick.After getting engaged I needed to get my ring resized and was nervous of going too small he allowed me to do it in stages and let me keep coming back until I was happy and comfortable with the size.Would recommend to anyone!

My partner visited Fernando yesterday for a ring re-size and was very impressed with price, customer service, workmanship and promptness of service. Yes the guy is chatty and the prices reasonable, but he outsources the jewellery repairs - I got messed around on date for pick up and the 3 items were not done to my satisfaction.

went to every Jeweller in sydney city to get our ring remodelled, no-one could do it or charged to much, Fernando done it for half the price and it looked amazing. Also resized it a week later for free. Old fashion customer service that is rarely seen these days.

Fernando's honesty and old school service spoke volumes as I was on the search for an engagement ring. He even told me to go look at other shops before I make a decision! The ring Fernando designed and produced was absolutely stunning - and at a fair price. I highly recommend you pay him a visit.
