The Catering Company

Worst experience with this company. Abusive over the phone and will threaten to cancel your order the day before the major event due to a card error. We were happy to fixed the error but due to the abuse we receive. We went elsewhere who will treat you with care. I'm sorry but getting a random phone call & demanding payment from an online platform was worrying and we were just asking to verify the details. Please Beware, the experience we had did not sit well with us so we needed to share to alert others. Just know, if there's any hiccups with payments, they will turn on you like wild animals. Plus, why would you not check a few days after we placed the order. Instead wait til the day before our big event to inform us that our order will not go ahead. The worst part was this business was recommended by a friend who will not be doing that after hearing 1st hand the horror story.

Food delivered on time, I over-ordered as I was worried we wouldn't have enough for all, however now there's too much! Catering for 1 = 1 hungry person. I'll never hesitate to use this company again. Individually boxed and labeled for dietaries, absolutely delightful & tasty food.

We had the most amazing experience with The Catering Company! They were super quick and easy to work with, they were great with also helping us understand what we needed to order and they went above and beyond in the lead-up and on the day to make sure the event was a huge success. The food was also delicious and the feedback from our guests were fantastic! A special shoutout to Ren who went out of her way to ensure everything ran perfectly! I can't recommend The Catering Company highly enough!

Highly recommended catering Company for any function. We had our work Xmas party fully catered for and our staff couldn't stop commenting on the quality of the food supplied. thanks and will definitely use this service again.

The Catering Company just forgot our order for a weekly meeting despite promising timely delivery. This is the first time we have used this company and they have left a bad first impression. This was for a hospital meeting we hold every week and have used multiple other companies without issue. Looking at the reviews most people have had positive experiences but based on our experience I can only say one thing;Unreliable, look elsewhere.

I showed up for shift and the guy told me it was canceled when it wasn't and then was aggressive when I asked why he would do that

Thank you to Ren and the team at The Catering Company for their great service at our wedding ceremony and drinks at The Melbourne Immigration Museum. They were extremely responsive and accomodating during the booking process and lead up. Everyone complimented the food and drink service and I would recommend them to others for future events.
