Great little regional airport. Friendly staff, clean toilets, nice little cafe. Plenty of seats. Easy parking close to terminal. Tarmac walk is fully exposed, so dress for outside weather. Security staff were a little over zealous/unsure: allow time for minor queue delays. Good coffee.

Dubbo Regional Airport
Drop off at the airport is simple. We were inside the terminal in no time. Qantas check-in was seamless and the staff helpful. Going through security was full on. We were scanned and because my small suitcase was priority it wasn't checked in so I had to open it to produce aerosol products. I understand the necessity for this but never get used to it. Staff were nonetheless polite. We found a comfortable seat and waited boarding. There was a delay with take-off but that was caused by delays in Sydney.

The definition of a perfect little regional airport! Friendly staff, clean facilities, even the security staff were great to chat to! Located onsite is also a cafe which sells last minute souvenirs if needed! Charge bars are also located throughout the departures area so charging the phone is a breeze! This airport definitely makes coming and going from Dubbo a breeze!

Dubbo airport is a great regional airport. 1st time there and I think it is way better than my home town airport at Wagga
