Robert is an absolute Gun and totally knows his stuff when it comes to scale modelling. I've found it's the exception rather than the norm for Hobbyco staff to have much first hand expertise with model building so this was a pleasant surprise. Hobbyco as a chain cannot compete on price or range with other major hobby stores (namely Frontline or Metro) but it's good to be able to have somewhere to go for paint or tool purchases and have someone who knows what they're talking about.
