Everything perfect but takes longer time than expected when i was their with my partner last time

I used to go to lebanese barber for the haircut but was never satisfied. Went this place once and dd (staff member) seriously gave me one of my best haircuts I've ever had, doing exactly what I had asked for. Everyone was so friendly and ready to help. I'm so happy & relieved to have finally found my new hair salon.

Post lockdown I have been wanting to change my hair colour and was successfully able to book an appointment. First there was an hour and so wait time for our turn. I understand it was not really the staff problem that the previous customer did not leave at allocated time but making us wait outside for an hour was not fair either. Second I went to the salon not knowing what colour I wanted I did have some pictures on my phone on what I sort of was expecting. Somehow I ended up with pastel purple hair highlights which I did not mind. It looked beautiful. I came home washed my hair as suggested after 3 days with the recommended products. I was very disappointed to see that my hair colour has now faded to greyish greenish colour within one wash. I am well aware that any colour fades overtime, I was just not expecting that it would fade in the first wash especially having to spend $200 is it really worth it? I guess if the staff had provided initial consultation and warning on the colour applied I would not have been that disappointed or maybe I would have changed it to a darker highlight. But no warning was provided. Honestly, I was just not expecting to fade it in one wash. I did try reaching out to the salon again but they just expected to spend extra dollars again to tone it. Compare the before and after photo and make a judgement and please do correct me if I am being irrelevant.

High quality service with friendly staff. They always have great customer service. If you want to make nice eyebrows Sabita is the best. All the services are in reasonable price with quality service . I would say this is the best Nepalese hair salon and beauty parlour in Sydney.

I did my hair keratin treatment, but it was my worst experience ever . After 4 days when I washed my hair it literally goes back to same condition like before , not a little bit of changes at all.I’ve done keratin in another place aswell & I know the difference before & after how it should be .I tried to call them & talk about it but no one received the call 2/3 days.I do-not give review quickly but this was my bad experience.

Had my makeup and hair done here. Loved their service and I loved the final look of mine. Staff members were also very helpful and nice.

I have got my haircut and eyebrows done here couple of times. The staff is really nice ,professionally behaved and listen to their customer, but you need to book an appointment or call before going because they are short staffed.
