This meat is so tender and tastes completely different to supermarket meat. The fact that it is ethically raised and that Carnevore love and value their animals is a benefit for all. Do yourself a favour and think about where your meat comes from and buy from this family. You will never go back to shop bought again.

Wow. After Wayne and Karen left my house following a lovely conversation and efficient service. I got to work sorting out the meat in my freezer. I took some out for a couple of days and selected a scotch fillet steak to cook for lunch. My God. The absolute best steak of my life. Pat dry with a paper towel, salt, pepper, searing skillet, 1:30 each side, let it rest for a few minutes. Absolutely melt in the mouth amazing. Clean fresh meat. None of that icky supermarket meat smell that we all hate. Their product is amazing. The meats that good I don't see half a cow lasting my family of 3 that long. We're going to pummel through it, it's that good. Thank you Wayne, Karen and family. It's been a absoloute pleasure.
