Vinnie was extremely helpful, he kept me informed with what repairs needed to be completed as well as the cost and did an excellent job, so much so I took my second car in for servicing. Very happy with the work completed on both my cars over the past month. Will happily return for future services.

One phone call was all we needed for Vinny to take us under his wing and fix our flat tyre. We were nervous as everyone was flat out but he managed to squeeze us in during these short hours due to the long weekend. 11/10 for the top notch service

Really great experience & service with these guys. Vinnie in particular was a superstar with advising what needs doing, whats urgent , what could wait & then he was extremely great with after service too . definitely continue to our cars to them and will recommend to others

Vinh took my distressed call and 10 mins later the car is up in the hoist. He talked me through my options, gave me advice and took the time for my understanding.I was able to drive away knowing I had the right tyres and I am all the safer for itI have and will continue to highly recommend Vinh at Keilor for his knowledge and work ethic.Thanks again Vinh for your quick turn around in the car and getting me back out on the road.

They totally stuffed up our 4wd. Took it to change the clutch, the mycar in Perth broke the gear box, they couldn't fix it within 1 month. We moved to Melbourne, took the car to another mycar shop. 1 months later they said it fixed. However the clutch makes noise and kicks when changing gears. They said we will call you, still waiting. I guess we will see you in court.

I was recommended these guys for car servicing and I was happy and impressed with the service that was delivered as well as the simplicity of the online booking system and what time I can expect the service to be completed and have never had a delay. Communication was also very clear before, during and after completion. I recently had my head lights go out and urgently needed replacements. I popped in without a booking just to see if they could help me out. They didn’t have the specific lights in stock however, they went above and beyond my expectations by ordering in the lights on the spot, had them delivered to site and had my lights replaced and sorted within just a couple of hours. This kind of service and care is what will keep me coming back for all my auto needs. Highly recommended.
