I love the unit I bought from a good developer in Parramatta. Good neighbors, good location, caring developers, ...but less than a year from moving in, we realised bad installation by the builder. Shower handle were not even glued but just shoved to the wall ( this was confirmed by their own employee and witness by building manaher), the wall of toilet was not even glued or attached to the wall but just hanging on the sink...The problem is, PRO BUILD refuses to fix it. These are dodgy work done it worksmandhip that were hidden but can be easily proven. Not something that is wear and tear etc. Our building is new. We moved in less than a year right after all the defects we saw were made.We have single parents in our building and even I worked hard to buy a unit. Pro build had made many hardworking people unhappy with their refusal to fix their dodgy installation.

Saw that news story last night on Wolli Creek crane mess. They make millions on developments and then it seems they skimp on innocent people when things go wrong. Greedy and shameful!

Just seen the news and i think what has been done by probuild is discusting. If i could give half a star i would.

Probuild get to work on some great architectural designs.Our experience though of the Wolli Creek crane crash has been insightful. It has been 10 weeks since the crane smashed onto our apartment. No one from Probuild has been proactive in reaching out to us – they have palmed us off to their insurer’s loss adjusters – enough said. Where is the leadership that steps up in these unforeseen events? Where is the care factor for the impact to human lives and homes? Is this what people living in the shadows of their developments deserve?Our home has been transformed into a mess – this is not OK!

When a crane falls onto your apartment and smashes your life in a more devastating way than it did the building, one star seems generous!

The best construction company that I've worked for so far. Very good culture and management. Everyone cares about quality and reputation.

What's frustrating about the Wolli Creek crane debacle is that the developers need us so badly to buy the apartments. They sell us the dream of a home, happiness and a place to make our lives happy.But as soon as something goes wrong we are forgotten about and pushed aside like our lives don't matter.SHAME ON YOU PROBUILD!!
