Frank did an amazing job for me. I was hesitant about using a buyer's agent initially given the cost, although Frank more than made up for his commission in the way he negotiates and finds properties to suit your brief. Mine was tricky - I wanted something close to the beach that I could renovate myself and within my budget. We found one and managed to secure it on the day of the first inspection by moving quickly. I genuinely think the property I bought was 100k below market value because of Frank's negotiations and his connections with the local real estate agents. He treats your money like his own and won't push for a higher price to get extra fees himself. He wants repeat business and a good customer experience, which is exactly what I got. I'd definitely use him again on my next purchase in the East. Highly recommend.
