Cell Care

I find the accounts staff very aggressive less than a week after receiving my account in the mail they are calling demanding credit card payment over the phone. Last year they actually called asking for credit card payment before I actually received my account. It makes me wonder if they are cash strapped and if my sons cord blood is actually safe. I’m thinking of looking for another place as I’m not sure how professional this place is.

We had many interactions with Cell Care during the end of our pregnancy. Each interaction was pleasantly professional. We were never rushed or made to feel pressured in any way. We opted for a Cell Care Collector who was amazing! Sam is so personable and has such a calm nature to have had in the birth suite. We couldn't be happier with our experiences and journey so far with Cell Care and their amazing Team!

Cell care service has been amazing throughout right from the information provided, to the kit delivered with all the information and the person who came to collect the cord blood and tissue named Pablo during our child’s birth was also very professional and helpful.

I was supposed to receive my collection kit today 48 hours after they advised me.Then I had to call them today afternoon as I did not receive it, I was told sorry we sent this kit to another urgent case and yours will be delivered in another 72 hours!They didn’t even give me a word about this change/ delay! Very Disappointed with their services! Considering their high price I was expecting better costumer service!

I had a very positive experience with Cell Care.From my first interaction speaking to the amazing customer service person to the nurse who collected the cord blood. Everybody showed an incredible level of care and compassion every step of the way.I was kept informed about the upcoming collection.Even after the stem cells were stored I received follow up calls and correspondance letting me know the outcome of the quality of the cells.Just amazing!!I cannot recommend this service highly enough.Thank you to the wonderful people at Cell Care.

I read a lot about cord blood and it was something I had decided to do even before I fell pregnant. I had two boys and first collection went without a problem. Second collection was a disaster. There were multiple people assigned to me to call when I go into labour. Most did not even pick up the phone and the nurse who responded came too late because she needed to pick up her children from school and turned up at the hospital with her kids LATE! There is a time limit within the cord blood needing to be collected and she arrived past this time and therefore the collection was useless. There was no apology and this nurse continued to work for them.

Very good service and quick as well

Very happy with Cell Care’s team. The staff over the phone and in person were all considerate of us on the day of our daughters birth. They checked in at regular intervals to check progress, which meant when my husband and I lost track of the time we didn’t need to worry. The whole experience was very professional, especially when the collector was in the delivery room with us at the end of the labour. I appreciate that this service is available, thank you for making it affordable to access!
