The basics of a pie is good filling and good pastry. The mince your using isn’t smooth, there’s like gristly parts in it that don’t belong there - might indicate cheaper/ low quality mince. Pastry is not too bad. Preferred previous owners.

Absolutely love love love your vanilla slices! I was in the area one day and bought one and loved it. In the area yesterday and scored the last two, the lovely staff member said you will have more today!I drive over 1 hour today to pick up 8.The staff are just so lovely in the store every time.The icing ratio is perfect on the slice. Not too thick.I’m glad I live so far away as I would just eat way too many.

Talk about surprising! I wasn't expecting a bakery to taste so great, just came here for a quick bite and was surprised at how fresh the sausage rolls were.. clearly all made by them.. and the pies! great tasting things.. good job guys

Pie was really nice and tasty and good price. BUT the bottom pastry was soft and uncooked. Impossible to hold in your hand - had to eat it off the paper bag. Disappointing as pie was yummy otherwise.

Manager treats employees with no respect and pays only $11 - $15 per hour, far below minimum wage. Prep area is dirty and contaminated with insects. All of this comes from an employee who worked at the bakery for around 6 months or so. This bakery should be shut down or the owners should learn to treat their employees with respect and dignity, not like slaves.
