very happy with the friendly service that we received when we needed a new inverter for our existing solar system. we used another supplier for the initial purchase and had multiple inverter issues until we upgraded to one from Off-Grid Energy. its been a fabulous unit.

Excellent job. Very professional. We had solar. Off-Grid Energy came out and installed additional cells, 1 x Tesla PW2 and an isolator so we could have power during a power outage.A few years latter we had then out again to add another Tesla PW2 to make the most of the huge array we have. Several years now we are essentially off-grid and never pay a power bill.It's a big investment but would strongly recommend it. Ours’s should pay back in 6 years and the rest is all icing on the cake".We’ve already referred several other customers to Off-Grid Energy and we’ve had feedback on their excellent service and support."

This is our second Off Grid power system to be designed and installed by the team at Off Grid Energy Australia.Once again, without any sales pressure, Mark took the time to ensure the system was designed to perfectly fulfil our energy requirements and diligently answered all our queries and questions to be sure we were happy with what we were getting.There were some organisational and scheduling challenges during the installation phase but Hugh and his team were open and clear with their communication and worked hard to ensure that the system was installed neatly, to the highest standards and very close to the original timeline.I have been most impressed though with the after sales care demonstrated by Hugh and his team who have ensured that any teething issues with the commissioning of the system have been addressed without delay and have worked hard to produce a reliable and capable system that will serve us well for many years to come!I would gladly use Off Grid Energy Australia again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a fantastic off grid system.

I liked the professionalism of everybody associated with our installation and appreciated their honesty and clarity in explanations provided to me. People were under a lot of pressure to finish jobs leading up to the December holiday season, but they still found a time to install our chosen 14 panels in Adelaide. Now we can easily see how much electricity we are using, how much we are generating, and our interactions with the SA grid.

When we bought our block in Tassie 8 years ago we looked into an off grid solar solution straight away. Off-grid Energy Australia were the only company we spoke to that really knew what they were talking about, they installed a 6.5kw system just before our house build and it's been going strong for nearly 7 years. Would definitely recommend them if you are serious about off grid living.

Our off-grid system was installed almost four years ago and it has performed perfectly in that time. The staff at Off-Grid Energy were extremely patient prior to us purchasing our system. We had a lot to learn and their technical expertise proved absolutely invaluable. There was no selling pressure whatsoever - the staff just wanted us to have a system that was sufficient for our needs and that would be 100% reliable. Which indeed it is.
