We would like to recommend Ozspy Cairns we recently had a new security system fited by Stefan Heath. The installation went smoothly he was professional and had sound knowledge of the equipment. The price was excellent, we were upgraded at no extra cost to better cameras.So happy with the visibility of the cameras.Thank you Stefan well done.

So happy with company...I bought a DYI alarm system and I'm very technologically challenged..Rang the owner Stefan and he walked me through how to do everything. He has so much patience dealing with me and I installed the system in record time. Can't recommend Ozspy Cairns high enough.

I was asking Stefan to help me get my camera organised for a long time. I did find someoneto help me after many text messages that Stefan never returned. I finally got it fixed and working. It took nearly 5 months of ongoing whatever’s. My camera isn’t working again. Lucky i have a real person to help me. Stefan is so unreliable. Stefan has another job without phone coverage. Tell me that as I would love some response. I have an electrician to help me now. Even when I put one star up for the pathetic help initially I had received, main office called me with bulling tactics to remove the one star and honest comment I had made. Head office said they would never help me if I retained the one star. I finally after many texts and months had Stefan finally come to said place as said electrician wasn’t qualified perfectly for said job. After many texts and phone calls said Stefan did turn up after they went to shop to buy a new camera as my said camera was a lemon. Oh boy! I don’t understand how any of this could happen if they just did their job right and be fine with customer needs and wants. Since then there hasn’t been any after product care. Since then I’ve been broken into once and sabotaged as well. Great. Don’t have these people look after your surveillance. I think head office should pull their heads in and find another rep for Cairns and never be so rude to a customer ever again! I give one star for no reason but to have this on their communique with their customers. Moral::::: don’t waste your money or time. Keep away. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money or time.

Stefan, Any chance you can make the effort to contact me so that I can get my refund that you promised me 8 weeks ago. You have not responded to text, phone call or email, however, I notice that you respond to reviews, which is the only means of contacting you? UPDATE - still waiting for my full refund (agreed to be paid back in March 2018) on a product I did not receive, for the amount of over $1700 from former franchise holder Stefan Heath. Court has ordered repayment. Ozspy management have not assisted in this matter and only offered me their cameras (back in April 2018) for the money I had lost to Stefan Heath. I did not want to deal with this company any more so I declined and asked for my full refund. I have not heard from Ozspy since. I cannot believe that the consumers are not not looked after. I can see from other reviews that this has occurred to others. I would definatley not recomend OzSpy Cairns, as theu have not assisted at all with trying to recover my costs from the former manager Stefan Heath!! (Update August 2019)

I would like to say I was so very happy with Stefan Heath that I even did a promotional video endorsing his company. I'm now left disappointed and angered that his business ethics are not to a standard I believed or endorsed. After spending a lot of money on a security system for our business CCA Secondhand that has not worked for 6 months. Also to be told by him that yes he would be there to replace the machine. All I've received is his empty promises and excuses. I would definitely in the future NOT RECOMMENED him to ANYONE>

System works great and very clear. Prompt service and worked well with my small timeframe. Follow up service has been fast and all the kinks worked out quickly. Very happy with it all.

Never use this company!! Cairns store took deposit & never did install!! Avoided calls to point of legal action. Head office were no help either... money never recovered. DODGEY!!

Ozspy was recommended to me by a friend, I was overall pretty happy with the installation of my cameras. The price was reasonable after doing some research on what was available and I love the phone app, I can see my cameras from anywhere which is great as I work FIFO !!

Very professional and 1st class service.Stefan and his staff looked after all my family's needs.He really knows his stuff and explained it to us in a very understanding manner.Fully recommend these guysCheers☆☆☆☆☆
