Terrible service. Rude rude lady (Irish ) on the phone. Work delayed forever. Car in repair for 2 months 19 October to 12 December. Unfortunately GIO insurance repairs. Not a single update in this time at all. Rang two weeks ago and said ready on 28th November. now saying 12 Dec. Stay away from them. They have no idea what they are doing. and might I add, not a big car crash. Damaged front right Thats it. wheel chassis.

I was forced to use these people by AAMI and I advise you do not accept it. They have completely trashed my brand new car 700km on the clock. Extremely disappointed my car was less than 2 weeks old and someone hit me in the rear. There was only damage to the rear bumper and the exhaust. My car now has been scratched on the left hand side front fender, there is a gutter scratched alloy, a scratch on my rear window, scuff marks on my interior trims, swirl marks all over the vehicle Paint, burnt glue drops on my interior boot carpet, boot interior trim not put back correctly, they for some reason pulled out the front interior lights control panel which will not clip back in, most likely removed it trying to find and disconnect the vehicle tracking system because I was able to see where they were leaving my car in a junk yard with the rear bumper off exposing all my electrical components. My car went there with fuel in it the range was 160km when i went to pick it up it had 50km left until empty the second i drove out the fuel light went on, the car had more Kms on the clock and much more than is needed to move it in and out of the workshop. That was just the list of the damage that they caused to my vehicle. The repair on the rear bumper is completely unacceptable massive paint drips, colour doesn't match, re used the damaged exhaust tips which are close to falling off, didn't install the rear bumper on correctly didn't install my exhaust correct and it now has a loud thump and rattling noise when going over a small bump, the taillights and trims are not on correctly and it doesn't line up, the rear bumper itself isn't attached correctly so they just left it hanging at the bottom side near the wheel arch and have left it with no clips. They have used an incorrect or installed the exhaust bracket wrong and my exhaust is lower than where it should sitting not to mention. The fact under acceleration my exhaust rattles and I'm struggling to understand why the plastic clips were removed in the boot under the rear parcel shelf?? Not to mentions the tools that were left on the floor of my driver passenger side footwell. The bumper is leaving a massive gap between the exhaust and bumper trim and the bumper near the wheel arches is missing two clips on both sides of my car all to gether. I will be taking this as far as i can further as ive been left with an absolute nightmare. I don't even rate them a 1 star. Stay far away

Where should I start, this was who aami sent our car too for accident repairs. As someone who works in retail I can say that their customer service is appalling, the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Extensive issues where found when we arrived, some clearly due to their unprofessionalism during the repair process - greese damage to the driver's side interior is not exceptable nor is leaving pieces of hosing in the engine. Veiled threats were used to force us to remove the car from their premises, not that I would have left it with them anyway. I am currenly awaiting further respone from aami after my complaint and seriously considering legal action regarding this issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Fixed my car up to the point it looked almost brand new however couldn’t give it 5 stars because they completely missed my mirror damage and didn’t fix it.

I was very happy with the pickup service.All contact with them for updates were treated politely and courteously.

Had repairs done after an accident. Good customer service and great repairs, they even cleaned my car for me free of charge. Would like to have been notified about how long it would take and be updated instead of having to keep calling myself. However still 5 stars as I am very impressed.
