Wildilocks

I'm officially converted to Wildilocks technique for dreading. I've had dreads for 10 years and have only used a Crochet hook to dread them. I have heard of many methods throughout the years but never experimented. The technique is faster and easy on the scalp. Cass is very experienced and professional.

You may recall that I placed an online order. You took my money, but I had no sign of an order being delivered. Apparently you were out of range and couldn't respond to any emails..... Several emails. You eventually did and gave me my money back on an order you couldnt fill (even though your website allowed me to add it to my cart), but I felt the lack of service at the time was terrible. Hence, the one star!Update*your website did not state that you were closed to my recollection. It said that shipping may take. 7-10 days. I emailed in regards to the order I made on the 6th of July to ask if there was any way to get express shipping but heard nothing back from you at all until receiving a refund on the 17th, despite me sending more than one email. And I was actually very patient. My opinion is that there a definite lack of customer service. You stated that you had been out of range, but perhaps if you had an automated away from home email message, it may have helped me to know that there was seemingly no one to answer? The fact of getting no response at all after 11 days from a company, (small business or otherwise), would make anyone concerned that they had lost their money, particularly if they are on a carer pension like myselfThe one star stands based on my experience with you.I'm sure that you are a fine hairdresser, but the experience I had attempting to shop online with you was not a good one.Thanks

Friendly staff, I got dreads which looked great at the time but within one month they started bulging and falling apart. I removed them all with 3 months as they looked bad.Perhaps my hair just doesn't like dreads though.

I have been going to this place for years. They always have incredible standards. Always honest about what is possible with my hair and taking care of my sensitive reactions to product. I will never go anywhere else for colour or cut.

I've been getting my hair done by Cass for the last 4 years & i can't recommend her service enough :) fantastic dreadlock specialist...wouldn't change at all unless she moved interstate haha fantastic service & great to talk too ❤

I'd be very careful in dealing with this company. They are dishonest and greedy. In dealing with an item that I originally ordered 2 of from their website which they said they had it in stock. Turns out they didn't. Then hours later they found one. I was placing my order and had the newly found item in my cart. I asked Cass a few questions about the shipping since I was unfamiliar with shipping from Australia. She wouldn't answer any of my questions and then removed the item from my cart. She then told me she could get more from selling it on ebay than to me from her website. Thats foolish greed for you. Not so savvy on the business side. They don't seem to update their site too frequently from my experience. Cass was nasty and dishonest and from that transaction I would not recommend Wildilocks in any way, dreadlocks or products. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Best to steer clear of this business.

Professional, fast and know a lot about what's good for your dreadlocks. I've had dreadlocks for four years now and I don't trust anyone, and you can count on her! Recommend.Thank you!

I have been going to Wildilocks for around 7 years. They are queens of the Bettie Page fringe. ive seen both Teresa and Emma. My recent visit was a fringe re-do, trim and all over blue black die. Hair was immaculate just what i needed, it was Emmas turn and she continues to deliver.Love these girls

I usually hate going to get my hair cut... it's always kind of awkward, and I never get exactly what I want. This place has ABSOLUTELY changed my opinion. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, and I got EXACTLY the haircut that I wanted, despite being somewhat vague. I've also had a trim and re-dye since posting this review, and only more good things to say :)
