Bukido Karate
We moved to Lilydale in July 2017 and I enrolled my son at Bukido 2 days a week. He has made some new friends, likes and respects his teachers (especially the younger ones) and finishes every class sweating and smiling. It is a welcoming environment for my younger daughter also who spends each class in the play/exercise room out the back. We all love the kids only party nights!!!!! I would highly recommend Bukido Karate, Lilydale.

My two girls have been with Bukido for four years. They have learnt focus, discipline, respect, commitment, honour, courtesy, dedication and loyalty.They have enjoyed being part of the Bukido family.We have met some great parents at the club and the kids have made some great friends.Now they are part of the leadership team and enjoy getting the chance to teach with all the new challenges it brings.Thank you Bukido Karate.

Have been attending Bukido for 6 years. The club has been a wonderful environment for my son. Very family friendly, a great way to help your child develop focus and self discipline whilst getting fit and having a blast. They encourage respect for self and others and the club members make you feel part of a community.The club also has activities outside the classes to encourage friendships amongst the students and attending families...overall a great dojo.

Bella and Grant (who are highly skilled first and foremost) are two of the most caring, professional, respectful and generous teachers I have ever encountered. They have a group of excellent leaders who teach with patience and skill and clearly are passionate about karate. I have put all three of my children into bukido after seeing how well my son Gabe has thrived in every respect due to bukido. The confidence I have seen in him and the love of karate is a gift to us. My daughters now feel strong and capable, and value those attributes. I strongly encourage all families to check out Bukido - you will not be disappointed!

My dad got me training at Bukido when I was 8 years old. I am now 39. I have come and gone over the years as people do. My eldest son Max started 7 years ago at aged 3, and now my youngest son Leo started to train 5 years at the young age of 2.So, 3 generations of my family have trained at Bukido.I really believe that Bukido is a family orientated dojo, or I wouldn't send my children there.I personally have seen so many young kids come through Bukido and mature into great kids.If you are after a place that teaches your children the value of respect, discipline, and responsibility with many other life lessons, this is the place for your family.

Fantastic place to both learn karate and meet a great bunch of people. I've trained with Bukido for over 20 years and can attribute a great deal of my personal and professional success to what Grant and his senior instructors have taught me.Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn martial arts in a welcoming, challenging and fun environment, either on your own or as a family.

My daughter and I have been training with Bukido for 12mths. In this time I have watched my daughter grow in confidence not only at karate but also at school. As for me I find the club supportive of my needs, after suffering a back injury my confidence and self esteem was at an all time low, with encouragement from the instructors I am fitter then I have ever been.

We joined Bukido 4 years ago with our son. He has gotten so much from the program. Our daughter has just started and loves it! The instructors are so patient when the kids need help. When you walk in the door at Bukido you and your children get greeted by those at the desk. They have great activities for the kids through the year too. I couldn't be happier with choosing Bukido Karate.
