I've just completed a 2 day course on the Gold Coast for Whole Body Massage and already signed up for the next round of Deep Tissue courses with Discover Massage Australia. Massage was always a skill of mine where many always said I was in the wrong profession and this course was such a great and amazing opportunity to gain new and add to my current skills and receive a certificate for it! I work full time and it's the dreaded shift work of days, nights or graveyards, train 5-6 days a week, study Personal Training and Food and Nutrition also, and to have an option available for a weekend course was absolutely perfect for me! I loved how it was very hands on and literally no theory work, all practical which made it much easier and faster to learn and retain the information. The trainer Phil was absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable and personable!!! Warm and welcoming and from the get go, set clear direction and expectation, had a way of explaining things where you understood what he was saying where people wouldn't feel insecure or anxious about asking a question or even about theor bodies. Phil has such a great personality to train and an absolute gold a sense of humour which made the days more enjoyable, fly by and people could relate to him with ease and feel comfortable in the environment. If you're doubting doing this course.... DON'T!! Just sign up and get it done. It's not why... but why not? Just get it done!!

Absolutely Awesome! So glad I found Discover Massage Australia! Cameron Aubrey (Director of DMA) is extremely thorough and if you follow his techniques and have a passion for remedial/sports massage, then you will not be disappointed. I enrolled into Common Injuries Courses 1,2,3 & 4 and have been blown away with what I have learnt and applied to my massage therapy treatments. I feel so confident now when clients present themselves to me with soreness and/or an injury, and they get up from my massage table, and are blown away from the relief they experience! That’s all thanks to Cameron, and Discover Massage Australia...just unreal!

I totally enjoyed the learning experience and the new skills I have. Phil was a great instructor/ teacher. The sessions were clear and precise. His professional manner and humour made for 2 days of fun learning. I went into the weekend with an open mind to see if I would even like massaging people. I recently completed the Whole Body Massage course with Discover Massage Australia. I looked for a long time to find a course suitable for me and without a lot of time on my hands during the week the Discover Massage Australia course suited me perfectly. Not only was the course available on the weekend but its was the only short course that once completed allowed me to join a Massage Association and apply for insurance. Having no previous experience in massage i was nervous to say the least however from the moment i arrived i was greeted and made to feel welcome by the course instructor, Phil. I was so relieved to see most of the others were in the same position as i was. By the end of an incredibly well structured and easy learning course (obviously Phils great teaching methods haha) i feel very confident in my new found skills and ready to start by new business. We all had a lot of laughs during the course and i'd recommend it to anybody. Rod.

Phil was an amazing and very thorough instructor. The structure and techniques shown in this course are fantastic! Cameron was also very professional and accommodating through our emails. I highly recommend this course, you will not regret it!!

Completed training in relaxation massage. The instructor was thorough, helpful and provided great learning support for all the students. The course was easy to enrol in and attend. The course provides practical experience to learn and practice each step of the massage sequence. In the final test I felt professional and confident to incorporate relaxation massage into my business offerings.

Amazing Staff, easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with.Have the opportunity in my life to train through many provides from University to Take to Private provides, in my personal opinion Discover Massage Wins. If you are looking to do a course in masaageI highly recommend DMA. I recently had the pleasure of participating in a DMA course and have nothing but praise for them. The programme was both educational and fun and Instructor Phil Whatley does a fantastic job. not only have i left with a certificate, i have ongoing support from Cameron and the team, a bunch of new friends and am now armed with new skills and valuable knowledge to take with me on my massage journey.
