Hello everyone, we went STG to get student visa by ending of working holiday visa, i would like to mention they are highly unprofessional, he gave my gf visa case to his new assistant, who do not even know how to write the SOP, she did blunders in the visa application. They were not helpful they did not asked us to read the SOP before submitting application. At the end when we got refusal from immigration, i asked them to give our immiaccount details, they refused. However we went to AAT and it costed us way more money and time. I would like to advise people, please if you want to save your money, time and do not want to go through the depression, then stay away from them. Best of Luck

差劲的公司，欺诈我。办理配偶签给强加学生签，后来通过别的中介知道，办了学生签就要等学生签到期才能办理配偶签，学生签的800刀我认了，之后的配偶签的1600刀一半配偶签服务费居然不退，配偶签他什么都没做，也没服务回复：不是我没有履行合同，而是你们办不了难道不允许我找别人办嘛，合同写明的两种不退款（一是长期联系不到我，而是我被移民局拒了）我都不符合，我多次找你们负责人解决，避而不回，你们的内部机制已经对我来说走不通。

挺靠谱公司，之前办理的485和后面帮忙走移民的业务，持续时间1年多 顾问一直细心的指导，信息回复也很及时，给出的建议也是全面帮我考虑之后来的，包括后面也推荐了几位同学给他们办理，一直都尽心尽力，总的来说专业靠谱！
