Out of Town 4WD

Super friendly staff. Provided good advice and didn't just try to 'make a sale'. Went the extra mile after noticing my bull bar was missing one of its buffers. Found a spare one and threw it on for me!

I purchased a Long Ranger tank from OOT4x4. I was excited to say the least. After a 4 month wait for my tank and my car with ARB for an install we hit a snag. Tank couldn’t be installed on my particular vehicle. This was an unwelcome surprise. The team at OOT4x4 were great to deal with. They recognised the situation I was in and jumped into action to help the best way they could. They worked with my ARB store to get the information they need. Less than a day later, they made a custom tank for my vehicle and express shipped it the next day to Melbourne from Queensland. We all make mistakes and unforeseen circumstances do happen. It’s how we deal with the issues when they happen that matters. I am grateful to the team at OOT4x4 for working hard to get me back on the road. Thank you

Great customer service, experts of what they do

These guys are bloody legends! Was stuffed around by another reseller & called them to get parts. Not only did they not charge me for the parts, they shipped em express & free of charge! Bloody legends!

Darren and the all the staff I dealt with were professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. I had multiple different parts and accessories fitted here and from the sales out front to they service in the shed , I couldn’t fault anyone. Price was super competitive but the after sales service is what will bring me back again and why I will be recommending this place to my mates.

Excellent although they need to put prices on their stock. Each time I was interested in something I had to ask the price then thay went to the computer to look it up.It took to much time.
