The first professional sitting we had with (name taken out for privacy reasons) cost me $99 for the shoot (no hair or makeup) and I ordered a photo pack that included different sized prints for about $400. She took my money for the shoot, forgot about our viewing appt so no photos were edited except in the 15 mins we sat waiting........ I never saw any photos and she disappeared.The second sitting we had was with (name taken out for privacy reasons) who set up in the shopping centres. They were offering a good deal with a free photo so I agreed. If you go online you will see their package prices, way way way overpriced in my mind. Their customer service was appalling and basically told me that if I couldn’t afford photos, why did I have them done. I explained that I initially declined, not once but twice but the sales people assured me that there was no obligation, they could offer plans if I needed, and if nothing else I’d have a free picture. A year later I still haven’t received my free photo.I think your prices are very reasonable and affordable. I was very concerned about getting pictures done again because C completely refused (apparently) to have her Childcare pictures taken but your shoot was very natural where she was allowed to play and be herself and you worked around that. They are the most naturally beautiful pictures I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back for moreI also love that we were able to get indoor and outdoor pictures and none of them are of her getting upset. She was happy and comfortable with you both the whole time. I couldn’t have asked for better. I'll be recommending your business to everybody.
