I had an issue with a tool and took it here for repairs. Customer Service was top notch, the tool was repaired quickly and works perfectly, all at an extremely good price. Good Service, Good Price, Good parking, Excellent job, what more could you possibly ask for. 5 stars

Ben & Chris at The Tool House are great guys . They know all their products and extremely knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help in whatever way they can.They are courteous, friendly and helpful. Ben has been instrumental in setting up my business. He is terrific and helpful even on the phone. I can't thank enough for all his support. I highly recommend their services. One shop you can't go wrong.

Highly recommend the Tool House.Guaranteed service, good old school values.They know their products and steer you to the correct items or get them in for you.Demos and personal hands in experience is paramount.They don’t just read the back of a product description from packaging when you ask for advice. Unlike the now all too common supermarket style tool shop franchises.Premium brands and great range of stuff you need and a lot you want. I am a customer and have zero affiliation.

Although not considered a large tool shop as compared to your total and sydney tools, Chris has an extensive knowledge of all the tools and consumables of which he stocks. After sales service is second to none. I'd definitely check in at The Tool House first before any of the other tool outlets. We all work hard for our money so it's important to spend it wisely.

The lady behind the counter really knows her stuff. I had a problem with some tools that I bought and had to go back the following day. It was all sorted within no time without hassle, I’d recommend the tool house any day.
