Not a good experience, bad service, bad customer care. St John will send different carers to your home each time with no experience.The staff on the phone are inexperienced and have no support or customer service skills what so ever.Check your statements they will double dip into the funds and they are notoriously known for not paying the service provider, at times taking months or in our case never paid the services, which them left for us to pay out of pocket !Will NEVER EVER RECOMMENDED ST JOHN to any family that have elderly parents, STAY AWAY FROM ST JOHN Redlynch Appalling , disappointing and not to be trusted !

I was given St John's Community Care's phone number by the Qld Governments Home Assist Service as I desperately need help to fix my gates.I phoned St John's on the 9th of February 2023. The girl I spoke to rushed through the call, she told me they have a contractor in this area and asked what was my best contact number. I gave her the number and as of today 5th April 2023 I have not received any call.I have called them again twice and have had to hang up after being on hold for too long. Extremely disappointing.

Unprofessional, lack organisation and time management skills. Little too no consideration for clients and staff. Seems like a very old company that's on a sinking ship.
