Purchased an X-22 Cross Trainer a few years ago, it works great. Recently lost the charger, due to a house move. Made contact with Lifespan support who helped quickly and ordered a replacement. I recommend this company and product

Originally 1 star for very poor customer service in regards to a item left out of my order. I was expected to drive 1.5hrs to pick up the item that was omitted, rather than simply sending it out. Thank you for sorting out the issue, posting it out and following up to make sure I had received my item.

I recently purchased a bike from Progear for my little one and it has been a huge hit! Not only does my child love it, but even their older brother tried it and was equally impressed, so we bought another one. The service we received from Progear was top-notch - they were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations. We were so pleased with our experience that we ended up placing another order with them. Overall, I highly recommend Progear for anyone in the market for quality bikes and exceptional customer service.

Great service. I missed my initial pick up appointment due to extenuating circumstances and they rebooked it for me. In store, they had my equipment on display set up to try out as well and I realised I was too tall for the pull-up bar…they kindly allowed me to have a think about it and post-pone the pick-up. I appreciate their accommodation of these circumstances. They made the process easy.

I recently purchased a M2 spin bike and few equipment from Lifespan Fitness. I am absolutely thrilled with both the products and the exceptional delivery services. Great quality and very affordable :))

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced called trying to get someone to come out in the end just hung up on person they were not listening to me and would not put me through to a manager. Would never buy equipment from them.Update after leaving the above review, they reached out to me via email and have manage to successfully revolve my issues and I’m now very happy. I have updated the star rating to reflect the issue now been resolved.

Customer service was good for me, the products Ive never had issues with. but one thing I hope they fix is the false sales they put on their websites. I know its a business, but when they put the product that was $500 then go on sale for 70% the price become $593 and it states it used to be $983. how does a product become more expensive when its on sale. it turned me away from them. just really do your research before purchasing from these guys. like I said the products are good, customer service is good but the prices could be lies.

Never purchase an item with Brand Lifespan, there is no customer service no nothing, i have recently purchase an Eleptical and paid over $1,800 to have it come in a huge box and after a few bolts here and there as it came pre assembled, I realised that it’s broken already. Yes the motor that makes the resistance is not transferring it to the leg pads so to say, after looking online and even calling the number for them I realised that there is no warranty or nothing and they have no customer support taking calls, it’s sad that I had to give 1 star for the sake of this review, I equate my money back I want a refund, you have been warned DONT BUY THIS brand Lifespan equipment !!!!!!

EXC-100 Commercial Exercise bike is very sturdy and smooth riding. Good value for around the $1000 mark. Thanks
