Plenty of information and resources available. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Tickets for attractions such as the penguin parade can be booked here.

We are relieved to find an easily accessible Visitor Information Centre off the main road when we went to Philip Island on a whim without preparation of where to visit. Gemma at the counter was super helpful in pointing to the favourite spots to visit for a day trip. Thanks Gemma! Love the range of souvenirs to pick up as momentos.

it’s a visitor information center, so yoj light think: we’ll that’s a visitor information center. and you’ll be right.but: very friendly staff, showed us a lot of interesting points to visit and gave us a map. and quite a good deal for postal cards. guess it was around 3 bucks for 9, with some nice koalas and stuff

Very helpful staff. We got good tips on how to get the most out of the attractions we booked. Colouful beanbags on deck to chill out on and info boards are great.

Great advice from Neesa on how to see and do as much as possible in just 3 days. The walks, drives and tips on seeing the Short-Tailed Shearwater were all perfect! So pleased we stopped in! (We’ve seen the penguins before)
