Wow!! Oh wow!! I ordered my products online on Monday night and they arrived on Tuesday afternoon! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the package at my doorstep! All I can say is that you guys are amazing and so are your courier drivers! Keep up the good work and I’ll be back for sure!

My wife ordered hair straightener online using the Click and collect option. As she was working, I drove 20 mins and collected same from the Essendon outlet. I walked in and out in 20 seconds. Very good service. Phone manner excellent. Recommend? Absolutely.

I'm not one to normally post reviews - but I had to with My Haircare & Beauty; given how incredibly efficient they are. I'd placed my order (a rather sizeable one too!) at 2:00am on the day. I received all my items, packed beautifully, at 3pm the same day. I cannot believe how efficient they are. They are so competitively priced on top of it all - have already raved to family and friends and will most certainly be back.

Exceeded expectations! First-time shopper so was a little hesitant but prices were fantastic and online reviews looked good so went ahead. Placed my order on Tues morning. It was at my door less than 24hrs later! Exactly as ordered (genuine products too) and well-packed! Communication throughout was excellent too.... recieved confirmation email once I placed my order, another confirmation once it was shipped. Then received tracking updates from Australia Post along the way. Website was easy to use. Cannot fault this transaction. Will definitley use My Haircare and Beauty again! Thanks guys for an effortless and pleasant transaction :)

I ordered my hair products at my haircare and beauty on 11 January 2023 and i paid for express shipping fees. I called today (16 january 2023) and the staff said sorry about that they will ship and i will receive my tracking number on 16 january night. now 17 january no emails or traking number are received. worst service ever. not professional and i will call again tomorrow and if i dont get the items by that time i will report to the respective place to solve this because i paid for this .
