Clearly sign posted so easy to follow. Beautiful and green. Drop Toilet at Sugarloaf picnic area and it had toilet paper. Road in was part gravel. Fine for 2wd.

Great little river for a kayak. Put in at the Wallingat boat ramp. We paddled upriver into the 'wild' - great fun!

Nestled in the gullies are beautiful tall white water gums with a pacific palm understory. From Wootha Lookout there are spectacular views to the north across Wallis Lake to Forster-Tuncurry, Coomba and beyond. The track is a little lumpy but ok for a 2wd in (2nd gear) slow mode.

Whoota lookout a very interesting almost 4WD road at least a vehicle with lots of clearance under. The view is spectacular after 22klms of road mostly dirt.

Beautiful walking trails. Be careful on slippery wooden bridges and be prepared for leeches and mosquitoes. Wish national parks would fix it back up.

Situated on the absolutely stunning North East Coast within 3 1/2 hours from Sydney. Check out the whoota whoota lookout, Coomba Park a hidden Village situated on Wallis Lake where kangaroos and wildlife run free on people's front lawns. 40 minutes from Forster or 20 minutes to Blueys and Boomerang Beach.
