Just Cuts

Worst customer service ever. My son received his 'happy birthday free haircut voucher' in the mail 2 weeks ago. We went to get his haircut today and they refused to honour it, saying it's not theirs and they never sent it. The staff and manager were extremely rude. What's the point in offering kids a free haircut if you won't honour the vouchers?

In my opinion the staff are great and the price is very reasonable.18th May 21 Update: Although it’s a walk-in service, they now have an app so you can hold your spot before you arrive which is great.PS - Sara is excellent and a big part of my 5 star review is because of her. I am so so happy with my cut. Shontay was so professional and explained my restyle perfectly. I had a little bit of a wait but I didn't mind at all. If they are busy they must be good...Thank you. see you soon :)

Hermie at karrinyup cut my hair and she did such a fantastic job. I have long hair and she spent so much time making sure that she had layered my hair perfectly. Will definitely be returning to Hermie when I’m back in Perth!

Sara was fantastic with our 2 year old son. She explained each step to him before she did it and the cut was exactly what we had asked for.

Good hair cut for my kids, the hairdresser listened to what I described and checked that she understood before starting. She was confident to clarify and give her professional opinion about my boys hair type and how it would respond to the cut. She was thorough with the hair style and is clearly proud of her craft. Good value for money. Just be prepared to wait as it is a walk-ins only service.

I went for a brand new cut today feeling rather apprehensive as I wanted something quite specific hoping for it to be exactly like it. Sara did a fantastic job. She took the time and great care, listened to all my concerns and delivered 100% of what I had hoped for. Thank you so much, Sara. You made my day :-)

Amazing experience, had a cut 3 times now, they are very friendly and staff is very cooperative and patient when it comes to talk and discuss with you regarding which haircut you want, what style will suits you, etc. staff shows concern regarding the work they do. Very satisfied with the results till date, expect to be the same for future. Highly recommend.Thank you.

Had the most amazing experience this morning at your salon. My hairdresser was Fil and she listened to all my needs re what cut what suit my lifestyle. She was courteous, pleasant and her skills as a people person are amazing not to mention her skills with the scissors.I am extremely pleased with the result and I would definitely recommend her.

Pricing is not justified by attention to detail and time spent per head. I liked done of the cuts i got but started noticing some had patches missed. Need to go through with a fine pin comb and do a proper tidy up if charging over $30 ... instead of in and out
